Job Summary:

Project Controls Supervisor – Estimating is responsible for providing direction and feedback to team members for cost estimating, estimating analysis and assumptions. Project Controls Supervisor facilitates process improvements and supports initiatives as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise Project Controls team members, providing direction and feedback.
• Support development of team members.
• Support hiring process as needed.
• Coordinate preparation of and review of various deliverables, including progress and performance reports with weekly, monthly, and quarterly frequencies. Deliverables are provided to internal and external customers.
• Ensure process guidelines are maintained and followed for consistency.
• Lead process improvements within the Project Controls team and participates in cross departmental initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years supporting project lifecycle and demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree required, preferred Engineering, Business, or Construction Management disciplines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarization with Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International (AACEI) estimating practices.
• Experience with design take-offs, cost estimating and project closeout.
• Experience with stage gate reviews and various estimating classes.
• Proficiency in cost estimation software and Excel – based financial modeling.
• Knowledge of industry standards and estimation methodologies.
