- Perform and manage technical work for projects involving financial planning, cost-of-service, and rate design for municipal and regulated water and wastewater utilities.
- Conduct demand studies and assess impacts of large loads on utilities and customer impacts.
- Perform affordability analyses, total cost of ownership, and financial viability evaluations.
- Conduct business process assessments supporting operational effectiveness.
- Develop asset investment plans, business cases, and capital prioritization.
- Serve as technical specialist on projects, applying detailed knowledge of water or wastewater assets and utility operation.
- Analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to provide insights, identify trends, opportunities and risks, review alternatives and develop solutions.
- Under limited to moderate supervision, prepare reports, presentations, processes, tools, models, and other deliverables to communicate analysis and recommendations to clients.
- Facilitate and present in client meetings and workshops.
- Support development of scope and fee for proposals and support business development activities.
Master’s Degree preferred.
Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience.
4+ years experience in a business/consulting environment.
