Job Summary

The Associate Principal role requires 8-10 years of technology (ultra-low voltage/ICT systems) and security engineering and leadership experience with progressively increasing levels of responsibility in an AEC or consulting environment. Eight plus (8+ years) should be hands‑on, direct client‑facing engineering/design of systems and client management in our primary market sectors, with an emphasis on the Airport market. While detailed technical design will be performed by Introba's subject matter experts, this individual will coordinate closely with those technical teams to ensure designs progress efficiently, technical decisions are communicated effectively, and client expectations are met.

This position requires a strong understanding of airport capital project delivery, design coordination, consultant relationships, and stakeholder management. Success depends on the ability to recognize project risks, identify coordination issues before they become problems, maintain positive working relationships with the owner and prime consultant, and identify opportunities where Introba can provide additional value through expanded services. The successful candidate is an experienced aviation technology professional who enjoys building client relationships, solving project coordination challenges, and serving as the trusted local representative of a highly technical engineering team.
