Client
Job Title:
Lead Electrical Engineering Technician
Duration: 6-Month Contract. Onsite 5 days/week
Locations: Overland Park, Ann Arbor, Houston, Phoenix, Raleigh, Chattanooga, Chicago, Jacksonville or Gaithersburg.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and modify 2D and 3D electrical design deliverables using Bentley Micro Station
. - Design and model electrical systems, including duct banks, cable trays, grounding systems, and equipment layouts
. - Coordinate electrical designs with civil, structural, and mechanical disciplines.
- Review drawings to ensure compliance with project standards and quality requirements.
- Support project schedules, budgets, and technical deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior designers and technicians.
- Associate Degree in Drafting, Engineering Design Technology, or a related field.
- 15+ years of electrical design experience in the power generation industry.
- Strong experience with Bentley Micro Station
. - Hands-on experience with 3D equipment modeling, duct bank design, cable tray design, and grounding systems
. - Excellent communication and coordination skills.
