As an experienced Project Engineer, you will work on a variety of water resources and civil engineering projects, including land development, stormwater management, and utility-scale solar projects.
This person will actively participate in the growth of our firm.
- Demonstrate technical excellence in water resources engineering principles and practices.
- Possess expertise in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, surface water management, stormwater design, drainage studies, floodplain analysis, and related water resources projects.
- Support projects from initial planning and analysis through design, permitting, and construction.
- Prepare technical reports, drainage studies, hydraulic/hydrology analyses, design documents, and specifications while coordinating project development efforts.
- Support regulatory permitting efforts and prepare documentation including drainage reports, feasibility studies, master plans, and FEMA CLOMR/LOMR submittals.
Coordinate with various agencies and jurisdictions to help streamline approvals and maintain project schedules.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, project partners, and internal teams.
- Contribute to the growth of the water resources practice through high-quality project delivery, technical expertise, and support of business development efforts.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an EAC/ABET Accredited University
- PE Licensure Required
- 4+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil3D, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, StormCAD, or similar software required.
