Job Description:

• Define, build and implement performance testing strategy, approach and framework

• Partner with Architecture and Enablement Team to support Performance Engineering, Performance and NFR standards

• Analyze current test performance practices, techniques and tools

• Recommend improvement in test performance practices, techniques and tools

• Strategize and plan NFT activities with various groups (Development, Infrastructure, Database, etc.)

• Supervise and co-ordinate setup of test tool infrastructure (test tools & connectivity)

• Working closely with business experts to identify test data and architecture

• Working closely with business experts for designing workload models

• Design performance test scenarios

• Monitoring of test servers

• Mentoring and assisting team members with Performance Test activities

• Analyze Performance test metrics and suggest recommendations

Specification / Skills /

Experience:

• Must have 12+ years experience in building performance test strategy and approach at enterprise level

• Extensive experience in performance engineering

• Worked on end to end performance test projects;

• Expert in various performance testing tools and methodologies

• Expertise in Dev Ops and Service Virtualization

• Experience in Retail business domain
