  • Support drafting and review of contracts during negotiations, incorporating feedback from internal and external stakeholders, with a focus on thermal industry standards and project-specific requirements, ensuring consistency across project contracts.
  • Lead contract negotiations to align terms with project objectives, build transfer agreements, budget, schedule, and risk profile.
  • Ensure all contract exhibits and appendices (e.g., performance guarantees, liquidated damages, outage requirements) are clear, comprehensive, and aligned with project and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with controls and finance teams to monitor project budgets, cash flow, commodity exposure (e.g., fuel, steel), and forecast financial outcomes, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations.
  • Support preparation of materials for internal and external approvals required for contract execution.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure alignment between contract terms, project milestones, and technical specifications.
  • Prepare regular reports, status updates, and presentations for senior management on contract performance, project progress, and key risk areas.
