We are seeking a skilled Structural Engineer CRM to support the design, analysis, and evaluation of structural systems for a variety of engineering projects. The ideal candidate will apply technical expertise to develop innovative, safe, and cost-effective structural solutions while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with applicable codes and standards.
PositionResponsibilities Structural Design & Analysis
- Perform structural analysis and design for new construction and existing structures.
- Develop engineering calculations, reports, and technical documentation.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, industry standards, and client requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Participate in project planning, scheduling, and technical review meetings.
- Support multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Prepare construction drawings, specifications, and engineering reports.
- Review and verify structural calculations and design documentation.
- Assist with design revisions and engineering change management.
- Conduct site visits to verify structural conditions and monitor construction progress.
- Provide technical guidance during installation and construction activities.
- Resolve field engineering issues and recommend practical solutions.
- Ensure engineering work meets regulatory, safety, and quality requirements.
- Participate in design reviews and quality assurance initiatives.
- Support continuous improvement efforts within engineering processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop efficient structural solutions.
- Provide technical expertise during project execution and problem-solving activities.
- Stay current with industry trends, materials, and engineering technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience in structural design and engineering analysis.
- Knowledge of structural engineering principles, building codes, and construction practices.
- Proficiency with structural analysis and CAD/BIM software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Professional Engineer (PE) License
- Structural Engineer (SE) License
- LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP)
- OSHA 10-Hour or OSHA 30-Hour Certification
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Salary:
