- Mentor staff across the structural group
- Coordinate tasks and project schedules

- Experience with Illinois bridge design and maintenance policies and procedures
- Experience with complex bridge analysis and design using finite element software
- Excellent client skills and ability to develop solid client relationships
- Involvement with industry and professional organizations
- Ability to work independently and within a team setting to support and lead projects
- Ability to assist in developing strategic business and operations approaches
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent English language skills, written and verbal
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
- Familiarity and experience with computer-aided bridge design and analysis tools, including finite element and bridge load rating tools
Demonstrates expertise in Structural Engineering with a focus on bridge design and maintenance, complemented by strong client relationship management and project coordination skills. Holds relevant licenses and a Master's Degree, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
