Director, Facilities Engineering

Marvin is seeking a Director, Facilities Engineering to lead facility strategy, reliability, and capital projects across our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will oversee building systems, utilities, and infrastructure for multiple plants, ensuring safety, uptime, and regulatory compliance. You will guide a team of engineers and technicians, develop long-term asset and energy plans, and drive continuous improvement in reliability, maintenance practices, and cost efficiency.

As part of a people-first, family-owned company, you'll collaborate closely with operations, EHS, and leadership to support growth, modernization, and high-quality production.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities engineering strategy for Marvin's manufacturing sites, including building systems, utilities, and infrastructure
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and reliability
• Plan and manage capital projects for facility upgrades, expansions, and modernization
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and building regulations in partnership with EHS and operations
• Develop and manage facilities budgets, forecasts, and long-term asset plans
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians
• Drive energy efficiency, sustainability, and cost-reduction initiatives across facilities
• Manage vendors and contractors for construction, maintenance, and specialized services
• Collaborate with operations and leadership to support production needs and strategic growth plans
• Implement continuous improvement practices and KPIs for facilities performance
