As an Entry-Level Lighting/Electrical Engineer at our St Louis, Chicago, or Madison office, you'll be surrounded by expert mentorship opportunities to help you thrive in your new career.
You'll create construction drawings with a focus on lighting design for various building and transportation projects in close coordination with architectural designers or roadway engineers using Revit, AutoCAD and Microstation software.

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- US Citizenship is required
Ideally, you'll also have:
- EIT or FE credentials
- Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and/or Microstation
- Experience in construction plan preparation
- Experience with AGI

- Experience working with roadway engineers, architects, interior designers engineers and lighting designers.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of management within Jacobs
