We seek a Senior Electrical Engineer that has a passion for ownership and pride in the quality of our deliverables. Senior engineers have the expertise to execute our project work but will have heavy influence in writing and maintaining our standards, guidelines, and procedures.

Determining discipline specific goals, providing industry expertise, and assisting with process improvement for the group will be part of the job responsibility. In addition, the Senior engineer will preferably be a subject matter expert in their discipline and Engineer of Record for our projects. You will need to work collaboratively with our integrated EPC team along with our clients to execute and provide world class, quality focused deliverables for our construction team.

Your ability to adapt and be flexible will be invaluable as you coordinate multiple jobs, develop guidelines and procedures, and provide engineering oversight. This position would be in our Kansas City metro area office location

• Provide technical direction and organizational leadership to engineers and designers in the execution of electrical power scope of work
• Manage to the scope, budget, and schedule of projects inclusive of executing change management.
• Owns the electrical technical design of your assigned project and may also be the engineer of record
• Perform or review routine and complex engineering, design, analysis, and other technical tasks within the electrical discipline utilizing current technology, available standards, calculation software, templates, and cataloged products.
