Manage multiple civil design transportation projects from initiation through closeout Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through responsive communication and proactive project management Understand client priorities and proactively identify opportunities to support current and future transportation initiatives Serve as the primary point of contact for IDOT and develop trusted, long-term client relationships Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with IDOT standards, scope, schedule, and quality requirements Track project profitability, utilization, and financial performance Maintain and expand relationships with agency partners and industry stakeholders Support resource planning and workload coordination across transportation projects Promote collaboration, accountability, and high-quality project delivery MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Professional Engineer (PE) license required 10 - 15 years of progressive experience managing transportation design projects Strong business development, negotiation, and client management skills Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation abilities Strong experience working with IDOT or similar transportation agencies Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary transportation design teams Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and client management skills Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from $200,000 to $250,000 annually.
