Interface Engineering Inc. in Chicago is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer II/III (MEP) to join a 100% employee-owned firm with a hybrid schedule (2 days in-office per week) and a collaborative culture focused on innovation and impact.
You will work on HVAC and plumbing design, prepare drawings and calculations, and coordinate with clients while benefiting from a Pathway to Leadership and ESOP. Preferred PE license, LEED, and IES-VE knowledge are a plus.
