Senior EHS Consultant – Environmental & Industrial Hygiene

Chicago Area | Onsite

W2 or C2C Consulting Engagement

$70–$85/hr W2 | $90–$110/hr C2C

Cullerton Group is seeking an experienced Senior EHS Consultant to support environmental and industrial-hygiene initiatives within a large manufacturing environment.

This is a great opportunity for a senior EHS/environmental professional who can assess complex facility needs and turn them into practical, executable project scopes.

What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate environmental and occupational-health risks and compliance needs

• Assess air, water, waste, exposure, and occupational-noise considerations

• Conduct onsite discovery with EHS, engineering, operations, and facility teams

• Define testing, sampling, permitting, and engineering requirements

• Develop scopes of work, schedules, resource plans, and preliminary cost estimates

• Present findings and recommendations to facility leadership

• Potentially support or lead subsequent implementation

Ideal Background:

• 10+ years of EHS, environmental engineering, industrial hygiene, or environmental consulting experience

• Strong manufacturing or industrial facility experience

• Environmental compliance and industrial hygiene project experience

• Knowledge of EPA, OSHA, and Illinois environmental/workplace requirements

• Proven experience developing and scoping environmental/IH projects

• PE, CIH, CSP, or CHMM certification is a plus
