This on-site role requires hands-on CAD work (Solid Works), design analysis (tolerances, FEA, FMEA), and cross-functional coordination with Purchasing, Manufacturing and Sales. A BS degree with up to 3 years experience is preferred; strong communication and project management skills are essential.
