Site Civil EIT​/Coordinator

Overview

In the role of a Site Civil Design EIT/Coordinator
, you will assist the Senior Engineer with site studies, site designs, contract documentation preparation, graphic presentation, and overall site layout, grading, utility, and drainage. You will perform routine engineering assignments, complete projects with clear objectives, manage administrative duties associated with project management for civil/site projects, work independently on small projects or assist senior engineers on larger projects, and perform other duties as needed.

• Assist the Senior Engineer with site studies, site designs, contract documentation preparation and graphic presentation
• Perform overall site layout, grading, utility layout and drainage
• Perform routine engineering assignments requiring application of standard techniques and procedures
• Complete projects with clear, specified objectives and limited variables
• Perform administrative duties associated with project management for civil/site projects
• Work independently on small projects, or assist more-senior engineers on larger projects
• Perform other duties as needed

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering
• Candidates hired without their EIT will have the title of "Coordinator" and will be expected to obtain their EIT for career progression.
• Familiarity with Micro Station and/or AutoCAD, familiarity and demonstrated experience with civil engineering software such as Bentley Concept Station and/or Autodesk Infraworks and Civil 3D; specialty civil platforms (e.g., Openflows) as required
