Lead our engineering team to operational excellence! As the Director of Engineering, you will drive innovation and ensure seamless day-to-day operations while upholding Accor's engineering standards. Your leadership will play a key role in achieving the hotel’s vision and mission, ensuring safety, efficiency, and exceptional guest experiences.

RequirementsWhat you will bring to the role
You will bring proven leadership in managing complex facilities and building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and automation. You have extensive experience in engineering budget preparation, monthly forecasting, and resource management, particularly in optimizing energy and water usage. With City of Chicago Stationary Engineer license (or equivalent technical degree with project management experience), you have a deep understanding of state, and safety regulations, including OSHA and Fire Department requirements.
City of Chicago Stationary Engineer license preferred. Your strong negotiation skills with contractors and third parties will be essential in driving operational efficiency.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary:
Based on experience and qualifications, salary range $150,000 - $165,000
