- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in good standing
- 7+ years of electrical engineering experience within the buildings industry
- Experience designing electrical systems for commercial, institutional, federal, or large-scale building projects
- Strong knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local building codes and design standards
- Experience producing construction documents, specifications, and engineering reports
- Proficiency with industry-standard design and production software
- Ability to lead technical discussions and resolve complex engineering challenges
- Experience mentoring and reviewing the work of junior engineers and designers
- Strong communication, client-facing, and relationship-building skills
- Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams
