Project
Manager-Designtojoinour Designgroupworkingonprojectsinthepublictransportation,IDOT,and Tollwayroadwaysectors.
Theidealcandidateishighlyeffectiveatcommunicating,self-organization,andwillingtolearninasupportiveteamenvironment.
- Lead and manage project teams on a variety of roadway and infrastructure projects, while mentoring and developing junior staff.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
- Contribute to business development efforts, including networking, proposal writing, and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on large- scale transportation projects.
- Perform engineering design tasks and prepare plans, specifications, reports, and other engineering documents.
- Bachelor of Sciencedegreeincivilengineeringfromanaccrediteduniversity.
- Thequalifiedcandidatewillhaveaminimumof7-10+years’experienceincivil/transportation/roadway design.
- Musthavea Professional Engineer (PE)
License. - Proficient in Bentley Suite products (Microstation/Geo Pak/Power Civil/InRoads/Open Roads Designer ).
- Proficient in Microsoftsuiteproducts(Excel,Word)
- ExperienceonroadwaydesignandplanpreparationforIDOT,ISTHA,CDOT,and Counties.
- Stronganalyticalandproblem-solving skills.
- Strongoralandwrittencommunicationskills.
- Experienceinconstructionaplus.
- Experienceinpermittingandutilitycoordinationaplus.
- Competitivebasesalarybetween $125–175K,dependingonprojectassignment,experience,skills,and location.
- Annualbonusesarebasedonindividualandcompanyperformance.
