Electrical Engineer/Scientist – Electrical Engineering & Computer Science

• Perform electrical engineering consulting for projects related to power systems, renewable energy, residential, commercial, and industrial equipment; electrical work practices; control systems; battery systems; consumer products; and electrical installations.
• Generate and conduct testing protocols in laboratory and field settings.
• Investigate failures, identify preventive measures, and enhance product safety.
• Communicate technical information to diverse audiences, including preparing technical reports and presentations.

• Circuit analysis and/or system design
• Power electronics and/or systems
• Control systems
• Embedded systems
• Root‑cause/failure analysis
• Consumer product design
• Industrial process control

• Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Applied Physics, or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with electronics hardware and/or software development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and support multiple projects simultaneously in multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience designing, constructing, and performing tests in a laboratory setting.
• Ability to gather information and convey technical conclusions to engineering, business, and related audiences.
• Presently legally authorized to work in the United States; no immigration sponsorship or processing required.
