- Maintain a friendly and warm demeanor; ensure staff are attentive, helpful, and courteous.
- Log and deliver all messages, packages, and mail promptly.
- Stay knowledgeable of current rates, packages, and promotions.
- Assist with emergency procedures as required.
- Oversee check‑in and check‑out of guests efficiently and courteously.
- Perform all duties of a Guest Services Agent and run room status reports.
- Maintain key control to support hotel security.
- Answer guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist in training and cross‑training of new hires and existing staff; attend meetings/training as required.
- Leadership, problem‑solving, and basic computer skills.
- Ability to share knowledge, teach others, and perform tasks with high‑level customer service.
- Effective communication with guests and team members; follow instructions, learn quickly, pay attention to detail, and maintain composure under pressure.
- Minimum of 2 years prior customer service experience (preferred).
- General knowledge of bookkeeping and audit procedures helpful.
- High school diploma or equivalent (or combination of education and work experience).
- Extended periods of walking, standing; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds (e.g., paper, luggage).
