OBJECTIVE
Park Manager is responsible for supervising the park employee’s performance in their daily work activities. The Park Manager serves as a contact between guests and Kids Empire. They are responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, resolving complaints, and addressing any questions or comments that guests or employees may have while present at Kids Empire. Park Managers ensure the guests are having an excellent and safe time at Kids Empire.
Must interact with families and children of all ages.
- Attending to guests as quickly as possible, greeting them accordingly, and making them feel comfortable in the ambiance of the park.
- Park Managers are performing their job duties satisfactorily and achieving production goals.
- Creates weekly schedules.
- Audit schedules, attendance, and time clocks.
- Hire qualified employees for park positions available.
- Handle, manage, and document statements, terminations, resignations, and job abandonment cases.
- Conduct performance evaluations and multiple park assessments for the park and the employees.
- Train team members to perform the key elements of their job duties.
- Open and close the park using keys or a code.
- Communicate any guest or employee issues.
- Operate the check‑in process by having guests sign the liability waiver and provide guest information (address, name, email, phone) using an iPad.
- Operate the front cash counter for receiving the exact bill, managing the cash flow, recording daily transactions, taking payment from guests by cash or card, and providing exact change when paid by cash.
- Operate billing transactions accurately by verifying amounts displayed on the POS.
- Organize the refrigerator with drinks, snacks, chips and ice cream.
- Manage birthday party bookings and set‑ups while ensuring customer satisfaction during events.
- Manage third‑party vendor supplies, orders or requests.
- Work closely with all corporate teams and communicate via the proper company channels.
- Check snack inventory is sufficient and order snacks from specified vendors to replenish stock.
- Walk the floor regularly to monitor for unsafe hazards and ensure guests follow the park attendance rules, regulations and guidelines.
- Clean restrooms and sanitize all park structures, i.e. tables, chairs, and playground structures.
- Schedule and coordinate family events and assist events operate efficiently.
- More applicable tasks as needed.
- Conduct weekly meetings with development.
- Ensure all correct quantities arrive.
- Speak with suppliers and third parties.
- Set up time and attendance.
- Audits Amazon accounts nationally among all KE parks.
- Provide services assistance for operations chats.
- Other duties as assigned.
Stand, walk, bend, twist constantly.
Frequent bilateral hand movements.
Good finger dexterity.
Work in noisy environments created by guests such as children yelling and music.
Tolerate a hectic and busy work environment during peak hours.
Work in a tight structure.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
- Work weekends and holidays.
- Able to work with children.
- Operate an iPad.
- Strong communication skills, customer service skills, and conflict resolution skills.

- Work independently.
- Read and write in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
