Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities- Repair, install, relocate, and maintain surveillance cameras, lenses, monitors, DVRs, and other surveillance-related equipment as directed by management.
- Install, terminate, and test cabling as required to support surveillance systems.
- Clean, inspect, and service all surveillance equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Review digital surveillance records to ensure compliance with the Illinois Gaming Board’s minimum records retention requirements.
- Perform duties related to the Illinois Gaming Board’s statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program.
- Demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality guest service to both internal and external guests in accordance with service standards.
- Follow all safety rules and procedures at all times.
- Maintain compliance with Illinois Gaming Board rules, standards, company internal controls, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements.
- Perform all duties in accordance with policies and procedures established by PENN and Hollywood Casino Aurora.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Experience working with casino surveillance CCTV systems in a regulated gaming environment preferred.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal team members and external guests.
- Must be capable of working in a highly confidential and secure environment.
- Proficient in the use of computers and standard business software applications.
