Customer Service Rep
The Exhibitor Showsite Coordinator is responsible assisting customers who exhibit at trade shows, conventions and special events produced by Global Experience Specialist (GES). The responsibilities include all daily coordinator tasks including, pre-show preparations, show site and show close. This role will report directly to the Manager of Exhibitor Success.
Responsibilities- Actively participate in the pre-show planning process.
- Participate in timely completion of show site tasks including setting up and breaking down the Service Center.
- Create, maintain, process, and complete all orders/labor, billing, and collection requirements.
- Conduct invoice reviews with customers as needed.
- Assist on projects as assigned.
- Must have strong organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to navigate technology such as cell phone and computer.
- Customer service mindset with a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work outside of the department for the greater good.
- Ability to work in a team environment or individually as needed.
- Ability to collaborate with outside departments.
- 1+ years in customer service or similar roles.
- Work performed in an office setting- sitting at a computer and filing.
- 75% Work may involve repetitive motion (i.e. constant keying, using fingers, or grasping of objects). 15% work is performed in a somewhat crowded or noisy area where there may be mild discomfort due to temperature, dust or other conditions.
- 10% Work involves occasional exertion of physical effort (i.e., periods of standing, climbing stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting).
$20.50. The pay range and actual offers are based on a variety of individualized factors including skills, qualifications, experience, location and role specific competencies. Some positions may also offer additional earnings, such as bonuses, incentives or commissions. Salary is only one part of the full value and perks of working with GES.
