- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Ability to read, write, and use a computer or touch screen to enter orders.
- Excellent verbal communication skills for speaking with customers and co‑workers.
- Math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide quickly and accurately; use a calculator as needed.
- Ability to make correct monetary change and handle money responsibly.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, lift, carry, push, pull, climb, bend, stoop, and reach as described below.
- organizational skills, including inventory management and paperwork completion.
- Operate all store equipment safely and efficiently.
- Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, the work area, and the walk‑in cooler.
- Prepare products, including pizza dough and toppings.
- Receive and process telephone orders, taking inventory and completing related paperwork.
- Clean equipment and the facility daily.
- Participate in orientation and ongoing training provided on the job.
- Maintain verbal, written, and telephone communication skills for accurate order processing.
- Coordinate motor skills and hand‑eye coordination to perform precise and rapid movements.
- Enter orders accurately using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Work exposes you to varying temperatures (36°F to over 90°F), adverse weather conditions during outside tasks, fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters (including walk‑in closet), hot surfaces/tools (up to 500°F), sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. You’ll also experience regular speaking, hearing, visual, and depth‑perception demands.

At pizza assembly station, front counter, and stocking; 30‑45 s per instance, repeated throughout the day. - Crouching/Squatting

Occasional for stocking shelves and cleaning low areas. - Reaching

Continuous use of hands; forearms and wrists require frequent forceful use, especially during kneading and cutting. - Manipulating Tools

Pizza peel, rolling cutters, cardboard pizza box assembly, and other equipment.
Team members may use pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, and pizza peel as needed.
