Surveillance Officer Lead

Responsibilities:

* Foster an environment that embodies Bally's Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere

* Enthusiastically promote Bally's customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations

* Providing additional support and guidance to Surveillance Officer members as needed

* In the absence of the supervisor on duty, function as the team supervisor

* Assist with training and developing team members

* Monitor Table Games and Electronic Gaming Device activity, Armored Car pick-up and all areas where Chips and Vouchers are issued and redeemed, Count Room Procedures, as well as all other non-gaming areas throughout the property, including but not limited to the entrance and exits

* Perform duties and responsibilities associated with the IGB Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program as described in Section A of Bally's Chicago Operating Co., LLC System of Internal Controls

* Report irregularities, unusual, and suspicious activities to the Surveillance Supervisor or Surveillance Shift Manager, Director of Surveillance, and the Illinois Gaming Board Docksite Supervisor/Agent

* Monitor and safeguard company assets

* Protect the overall integrity of gaming at the casino

* Perform other duties as assigned

Compensation:

* $25.50/hr.

* Frequently required to stand, walk, and sit for prolonged periods of time

* Frequently required to define color

* Occasionally required to work at heights above 10 feet high

* Frequently required to lift items up to 25 pounds

* Frequently required to reach overhead

* Occasionally required to work in confined, small areas for long periods of time
