Position Summary

As one of the first points of contact for patients, guests, and visitors at LCHC, the 3814 Greeter is responsible for
creating a welcoming and supportive environment by assisting walk-in patients and visitors and directing individuals to
the appropriate clinic services. The 3814 Greeter also supports the clinic's conference and meeting spaces by helping
ensure guests and staff are directed appropriately and that shared spaces remain welcoming and organized. In
collaboration with the Executive Administrative Assistant, the 3814 Greeter communicates visitor flow concerns and
operational needs to support smooth daily operations.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities*
• Greet all individuals in a courteous and professional manner.

• Screen all visitors and direct them to the appropriate area, department, or staff.

• Process all patients arriving for care according to current protocols and refer them to other staff as necessary.

• Have an awareness of all scheduled events and assist guests with finding the correct conference space for their
event.

• Interact with patients and visitors in the lobby and waiting area as needed, stocking brochures and other printed
materials, and troubleshooting any problems that may arise in the lobby and waiting areas.

• Respond to patients and guests who might have difficulty in entering or leaving the facility and be available to give
a helping hand.

• Other duties as required.

• Knowledgeable about all of the Lawndale ministries.
• Able to work in a multi-cultural setting.
• Able to strongly embrace and personify the mission of Lawndale Christian Health Center.
• Excellent guest relations skills.
• Able to collaborate and interact with a diverse group of health care professionals.

Required Knowledge, Education, Experience or Licensure/Registration

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
