BevLine Inside Sales Rep Lead - National Accounts

Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities:

* Focus on Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) responsibilities, and ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions with national retail partners and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

* Handle incoming and outgoing calls from national chain retail partners regarding account inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution while maintaining exceptional service standards

* Develop and maintain relationships with distributor personnel, corporate buyers, and suppliers by understanding and addressing customer needs to ensure high levels of service

* Utilize EDI systems for efficient and accurate processing of orders, invoices, and payments, while monitoring chain accounts for compliance with company policies

* Provide coaching, guidance, and support to Inside Sales - National Account Representatives to drive team performance and growth

* Leverage data and intelligence to influence outlet-level decisions, track performance metrics against objectives, and identify trends and opportunities for improvement

* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required

Education and Experience:

* High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and 0 to 1 plus years of related experience or 1 to 2 plus years of general experience

Education and Experience:

* Bachelor's Degree
