Job Summary
Resale Management Specialist – Remote (Chicago, IL residents only). Division:
Ticketmaster NA. Position type:
Full time, Permanent.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday 8:30‑5:00
CST, with on‑call weekend rotation every six weeks (subject to change).
The Resale Event Management team oversees the platform that makes resale happen, managing a database of events and coordinating inventory flow to retail sites and broker tools.
JobThis role requires detailed event setup, troubleshooting, and alert monitoring across multiple online retail sites. The specialist will work from a home‑based office with occasional Chicago office visits.
Responsibilities- Apply appropriate settings in our system to activate resale events and make them visible on retail sites.
- Apply links for proper inventory display on multiple resale platforms.
- Verify event information for inventory listing.
- Monitor and apply data changes to ensure event integrity and accuracy.
- Create or adjust artist and venue names as needed.
- Track multiple events and settings for reporting purposes.
- Troubleshoot and respond to customer needs.
- Identify system updates for continued process improvements.
- Maintain continuous inventory flow through the Ticketmaster Retail (TMR) systems.
- Provide support coverage through on‑call duties and flexible work hours.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and interpret complex data.
- Proven problem‑solving skills with attention to detail and follow‑up.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self‑directed, effective working independently yet comfortable contributing in a team environment.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office and Outlook.
- Knowledge/interest in live entertainment events, with a focus on sporting events.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Comfortable working as a team with cross‑functional knowledge and support.

Hourly rate: $18.81–$23.51
