Sifted is hiring a customer experience-minded professional to deliver lunch to our clients’ locations.
The ideal candidate is interested in pop-up events and values all the elements that contribute to an out-of-this-world event experience.
This position requires the ability to drive a company van. Candidates must have a valid drivers license to qualify.
What you'll be doing- Managing the Sifted lunch experience at the client’s location and ensuring every staff member is delighted
- Meeting w/the culinary team at the kitchen to learn the menu, pick up lunch and deliver to the client’s office.
- Collecting feedback including specific metrics and report back to the Community Manager
- Suggesting ways to increase efficiency and improve the experience
- Is detail oriented and looks for ways to have a positive impact on the customer experience
- Loves working fast-paced events and interacting with guests
- Enjoys building the Sifted brand and looks forward to representing it
- Is open to feedback and appreciates opportunities to improve personally and professionally
- Compensation : $22-$23/hr

- 80 hours of PTO with each year of employment; paid winter break from Dec 24 - Jan 1

Job Type: Full Time
Shift: Weekdays
Weekly day range: Monday - Friday: 6am - 2pm
Eligibility: This position must maintain Serv Safe Food Handler card (company-paid); must have a valid drivers license
Work environment: This is a position based both in a commercial kitchen and on-site in client offices
Physical requirements: This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, the ability to stand for long periods of time, and the ability to bend, squat, and reach
