- Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate dealing at assigned table(s)
- Perform accurate chip and cash transactions
- Observe, analyze, and maintain the integrity of all table game activity
- Ensure all table games employees provide optimum service to all guests
- Supervise the appropriate issuance of credit and player tracking
- Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Demands & Work Environment:
- Lift up to a maximum of 50 pounds and frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Frequently required to push, kneel, climb, stoop, bend, and twist, as well as reaching overhead.
- Requires manual dexterity to deal and collect cards and chips
- Requires visual acuity to perform close-up activities and peripheral oversight.
- You may be exposed to bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations in this position.

Qualifications Education RequiredHigh School or better.
Experience RequiredMust be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board
Must be 21 years of age or older
Must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Must have excellent customer service skills
Must be able to handle cash transactions with a high degree of accuracy
Must have a broad knowledge of casino rules, regulations, and procedures
