Ticketing Event Staff - Chicagoland Speedway

CHICAGOLAND SPEEDWAY

Chicagoland Speedway is a 1.5‑mile oval located in Joliet, Ill., approximately 30 miles south of downtown Chicago on Old Historic Route 66. On July 3–5, 2026, NASCAR will return to the track for three days of racing action.

• Sell tickets in person at the ticket office
• Determine and collect appropriate fees and issue tickets
• Accurately and efficiently access and provide account information
• Assist and troubleshoot mobile ticket issues
• Provide exceptional customer service

• Minimum 18 years old
• Ticketmaster software experience
• Experience handling a large volume of sales
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Effective and professional communication skills
• Reliable transportation to and from the event location
• Pass background and credit screening

USD 15.00–25.00 per hour.
