Surveillance Officer

Bally’s Corporation is a global casino‑entertainment company with a growing omni‑channel presence, currently owning and managing 15 casinos across 10 states, a golf course in New York, a horse racetrack in Colorado, and access to OSB licenses in 18 states. The recent acquisition of Aspers Casino in Newcastle, UK adds to its international footprint. It also owns Bally’s Interactive International, Bally Bet, and Bally Casino.

With 10,600 employees, the company operates approximately 15,300 slot machines, 580 table games, and 3,800 hotel rooms. An upcoming merger with The Queen Casino & Entertainment Inc. will add four casinos in three states, additional employees, and further gaming assets. Bally’s will also assume a stake in a global lottery management business through its investment in Intralot S.A.

As a Surveillance Operator, you will support the overall integrity of gaming and protect guests, employees, and company assets.

• Foster an environment that embodies Bally’s Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun‑filled, entertaining atmosphere
• Enthusiastically promote Bally’s customer‑centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long‑lasting guest relationships
• Monitor Table Games and Electronic Gaming Device activity, Armored Car pick‑up and all areas where Chips and Vouchers are issued and redeemed, Count Room Procedures, and all other non‑gaming areas throughout the property, including but not limited to the entrance and exits
• Perform duties and responsibilities associated with the IGB Statewide Voluntary Self‑Exclusion Program as described in Section A of Bally’s Chicago Operating Co., LLC System of Internal Controls
• Report irregularities, unusual, and suspicious activities to the Surveillance Supervisor or Surveillance Shift Manager, Director of Surveillance, and the Illinois Gaming Board Docksite Supervisor/Agent
• Monitor and safeguard company assets
• Protect the overall integrity of gaming at the casino
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board
• Must have a high school graduate or equivalent
• Must have open work availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must have above‑average math skills
• Must have strong organizational and decision‑making abilities
• Must have excellent customer and employee relations skills
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
