Table Games Shift Manager

• Foster an environment that embodies Bally’s Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere.
• Enthusiastically promote Bally’s customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long‑lasting guest relations.
• Mentor team members to provide superior guest service.
• Establish, implement, and enforce policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, Company initiatives, and organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain a welcoming, safe, professional, and friendly work environment.
• Select, train, and develop table games team members through education, training, coaching, and corrective action.
• Oversee the overall integrity of the table games department while on duty.
• Act as a liaison with managers from other departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have knowledge of all casino game rules.
• Must have knowledge of all applicable gaming regulations.
• Two to three years of casino management experience required.
• Strong organizational, planning, and supervisory skills are required.
• Requires above‑average math skills.
• Experience with scheduling and budget in a casino environment.
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be able to work weekends, weeknights, and holidays.
