- Mentor team members to provide superior guest service.
- Establish, implement, and enforce policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, Company initiatives, and organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain a welcoming, safe, professional, and friendly work environment.
- Select, train, and develop table games team members through education, training, coaching, and corrective action.
- Oversee the overall integrity of the table games department while on duty.
- Act as a liaison with managers from other departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have knowledge of all casino game rules.
- Must have knowledge of all applicable gaming regulations.
- Two to three years of casino management experience required.
- Strong organizational, planning, and supervisory skills are required.
- Requires above‑average math skills.
- Experience with scheduling and budget in a casino environment.
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be able to work weekends, weeknights, and holidays.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:
- Regularly required to see, talk, hear, walk, and stand.
- Frequently required to use hands to handle, feel, and reach.
- Occasionally required to sit or stoop.
- Occasionally lift or move up to 30 pounds.
