Casino, Gaming Manager
- Provide exceptional guest service while promoting Bally's Born to Entertain culture and building strong guest relationships.
- Monitor gaming floor activity, ensuring compliance with company policies, gaming regulations, and internal controls.
- Identify and address suspicious, irregular, or operational issues, taking appropriate action when necessary.
- Troubleshoot slot-related concerns and provide hands‑on support to team members and guests.
- Assist with guest inquiries, departmental projects, regulatory matters, and team member development.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff through ongoing coaching, feedback, and corrective action when needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Target Hourly Rate: $28.85/hr.
- $7 Daily Employee Parking
- Frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally move or push equipment weighing up to 500 pounds.
- Frequently push, pull, kneel, climb, stoop, bend, twist, reach overhead, and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Requires visual acuity, peripheral awareness, and manual dexterity to inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain slot equipment.
- Works in a fast‑paced casino environment with exposure to bright lights, loud noise, and high‑pressure situations.

Qualifications EducationHigh School or better.
PreferredHigh School or better.
Experience RequiredMust be able to work weeknights, weekends, and holiday
Working knowledge and experience with slot management systems and Microsoft Suite products
Must be able to organize, delegate, and follow through on any number of different projects
Two to three years in slot operations or another casino leadership role
Must be a high school graduate or equivalent
Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board
Must be 21 years of age or older
