Fabric Health Inc. is seeking an Outreach Associate (Contractor) in Chicago to engage families in laundromats, start conversations, and help them apply for public benefits. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor role with non-remote, in-person work and weekend availability.
You will educate families about Medicaid and SNAP, screen for eligibility, and assist with applications. The position offers up to 32 hours per week with a Friday–Monday schedule and hourly pay between $20 and $22.
