Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a contract Staff Gameplay Designer to contribute a new multiplayer action game on teamLFG. You will prototype, explore, and implement avatars and their verbs for social play in a competitive PvP setting, collaborating across disciplines to drive a cohesive gameplay vision.
You will build avatar movement, customization, and sandbox systems, create NPCs, and work with audio, effects, and animation to clearly convey gameplay affordances.
