Coordinate planning, execution, and follow-up of events at Soldier Field;
Serve as liaison between clients, facility departments, vendors, contractors, and event staff;
Communicate event timelines, requirements, deadlines, and operational details to clients and internal departments;
Coordinate event setups, staffing, equipment, parking, credentials, and other operational needs;
Monitor event setups and event-day operations to ensure events are executed successfully
