Jewelry Repairer

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Jewelry Repairs Coordinator to work onsite with our Willowbrook repair operations team and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. This role combines a passion for fine jewelry and excellent client service.

• Receive and assess jewelry pieces requiring repair or maintenance
• Create detailed repair tickets and maintain accurate documentation
• Communicate with customers regarding repair status, timelines, and costs
• Coordinate with Repairs Manager to prioritize repairs
  
  Change watch batteries and size watch bands
• Track repair progress and ensure timely completion
• Perform quality control inspections on completed repairs
• Assist with managing inventory of repair materials and supplies
• Work closely with the Repairs Manager and Sales team on all repairs

• MUST have 2+ years of experience in jewelry retail repair operations
• Strong understanding of jewelry materials, gemstones, and repair processes
• The ability to manage workflow and meet repair deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
• Proficiency in point-of-sale systems
• General knowledge of watch repair and the ability to change watch batteries and links
• Participate in store open/close procedures
• Must be able to work on Saturdays and special events as required

• GIA certification or related jewelry education
• Knowledge of precious metals, gemstones and watch brands

• 2.0% commission on all repairs completed
