PCMA is seeking a Manager, Event Technology in Chicago, IL to own Rain Focus registration and Swapcard mobile app administration for our global events portfolio. You will configure, maintain, and troubleshoot platforms, build event sites, create specs and SOPs, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to meet event goals.
This on-site role requires strong technical and communication skills, cross-functional teamwork, and willingness to travel to North American events.
