VP of Accounting/Finance (40837)

Our client is a growing, multi-site non-profit looking for their VP of Accounting/Finance to lead a team of 10 accountants and oversee all accounting functions. Offering opportunity for long-term growth, ownership over your team/work, and opportunity to lead process improvements!

• Collaborate with the Operations Team in strategic planning and Finance Committee meetings; present financial data clearly and support understanding of financial principles.
• Manage complex revenue streams, ensure integrity of financial systems and adequate internal controls.
• Oversee the annual audit process, general accounting functions, and timely month-end closings, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
• Coordinate the purchasing function, identify cost-saving opportunities, and oversee the foundation's endowment fund and real estate records.
• Manage cash flow, investments, and the annual budget process, ensuring compliance with all financial and regulatory requirements.
• Provide sound business recommendations, maintain compliance with corporate ethics, and deliver exceptional customer service consistently.

• Master's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Possess a valid CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
• Proven track record of financial leadership, preferably in a multi-site environment
