Your Future TeamHightower’s Investment Management team is dedicated to owning and operating the end‑to‑end investment platform (Hightower One) that facilitates delivery of investment solutions to our advisor clients. We manage a diverse suite of investment platforms, oversee implementation of investments, and collaborate with advisors to deliver best‑in‑class experience.
What You’ll Do- Serve as key pre‑investment operations support for the firm’s private market investment platform.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operational workflows and support advisors through the subscription process.
- Escalate operational/subscription issues to vendors/funds as appropriate.
- Ensure accurate data, compliance, and operational efficiency within Hightower’s Private Market Exchange (PMX).
- Provide white‑glove service, training, and support to advisor practices using the PMX platform.
- Manage vendor support relationships, establish SLAs, and help advisors navigate external channels.
- Coordinate hand‑offs to post‑investment reporting and commitment file transfers.
- Provide insights and feedback from the field to inform ongoing process improvements.
- Develop detailed training materials and support field education.
- Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and KPIs to monitor process success.
- Assist with testing, documentation, and deployment of new platform functionality.
- Contribute to reporting, analytics, and audit processes to enhance transparency and accuracy.
- 5+ years of private market investment operations experience, including investor onboarding and subscription workflows.
- Experience with private market platforms such as iCapital.
- Direct work with financial advisors and comfortable creating training materials or user guides.
- Ability to explain complex processes in clear, user‑friendly language.
- Process‑driven mindset with documentation experience and understanding of end‑to‑end impacts.
- Proven ability to engage stakeholders across business and technology teams.
- Comfortable in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
