Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A

The National Association of REALTORS® is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team, reporting to the VP of Financial Planning and Analysis. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving the financial performance of the organization by implementing best practices for reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

• Lead the development of annual budgets and forecasts. Collaborate with various departments to gather inputs and ensure alignment with strategic plan.

• Prepare and present management reports for leadership on a monthly basis.
• Analyze financial performance against budget, forecast and prior year. Identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Identify trends, variances and key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.

• Assist in the build-out of the Net Suite Planning and Budgeting tool.
• Train users on the tool.
• Continuously improve budgeting / forecast processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Implement best practices in FP&A.

• Serve as a finance partner to various teams, providing insights and recommendations.
• Help implement a culture of financial accountability and transparency.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 4+ years of experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills.
• Experience with Net Suite Planning and Budgeting is a plus.
• Knowledge of data tools like Power BI and Tableau is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• High attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive mindset.
• Demonstrated self initiative, critical thinking, and ability to drive project independently.
• Proven communication and outreach skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.

$105,000-$120,000. NAR provides comprehensive benefits including health/dental/vision insurance. NAR is on a hybrid schedule with 3 days a week in the office.
