Our client, a prestigious Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a Project Finance Associate to join their globally recognized team. This group handles innovative, complex, and challenging projects, offering opportunities for professional growth.
Responsibilities- Draft and negotiate principal financing documentation.
- Review and analyze project documentation to ensure compliance and support transaction success.
- Collaborate with global teams to advise clients on project finance matters.
- 5-8 years of experience in Project Finance.
- Strong competency in drafting and negotiating financing documentation.
- Experience in reviewing project documentation.
- Annual bonus opportunities.
