• Real exposure to deal execution, IC process, and sponsor interaction

• Perform transaction due diligence and data room reviews
• Build financial models and underwriting materials
• Draft screening and underwriting memos
• Analyze industry trends and credit risk
• Prepare term sheets and commitment letters
• Support internal Investment Committee processes
• Assist with syndicated deal materials
• Partner with Operations on closings, funds flow, and documentation

• BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related
• Strong financial modeling and accounting foundation
• Experience with audit, credit analysis, diligence, or transaction support
• Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with sponsors, management, and investors
• Must have 2+ years of relevant expierence
