• Assists with multiple projects simultaneously from beginning to end.
• Assists senior level staff with the facilitation and structure of weekly client meetings, including producing agendas and documenting and distributing takeaways.
• Assists with system set‑up and testing.
• Interfaces with internal and external IT to ensure external IT setup is completed timely and within the constraints of the internal control framework.
• Identifies and communicates bespoke client requests (for reporting and other IT builds) according to established guidelines.
• Performs and documents completion of related internal controls for SSAE 16 compliance.
• Assists with the implementation tracking process (client matrix, subway map, etc.).
• Works with Client Implementation Consultant in assisting the Shared Services Team to update the tracking documents.
• Carries out activities with financial, client and/or internal business impact.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
• In‑depth functional / industry knowledge is required.
• Highly flexible and adaptable to change.

• Technical skills / systems knowledge is required.
• A college or university degree and/or relevant proven work experience is preferred.
• Related industry qualification (e.g., ACCA) is preferred.

$48,000 – 72,000 USD.
