MajorDuties
- Assists with multiple projects simultaneously from beginning to end.
- Assists senior level staff with the facilitation and structure of weekly client meetings, including producing agendas and documenting and distributing takeaways.
- Assists with system set‑up and testing.
- Interfaces with internal and external IT to ensure external IT setup is completed timely and within the constraints of the internal control framework.
- Identifies and communicates bespoke client requests (for reporting and other IT builds) according to established guidelines.
- Performs and documents completion of related internal controls for SSAE 16 compliance.
- Assists with the implementation tracking process (client matrix, subway map, etc.).
- Works with Client Implementation Consultant in assisting the Shared Services Team to update the tracking documents.
- Carries out activities with financial, client and/or internal business impact.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
- In‑depth functional / industry knowledge is required.
- Highly flexible and adaptable to change.
- Technical skills / systems knowledge is required.
- A college or university degree and/or relevant proven work experience is preferred.
- Related industry qualification (e.g., ACCA) is preferred.
$48,000 – 72,000 USD.
