A leading event production company in Chicago is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage incoming payments and contracts. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and between 1–3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include tracking payments in Quick Books, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring timely vendor payments. The role is onsite, Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, and offers a benefits package including medical and dental insurance, and paid time off.
