Job DescriptionThe Client Strategy Team leads L&G’s multi‑faceted client engagement efforts. Our top priority is to be trusted partners for our clients while serving as stewards to our long‑term business success. Client Strategy Analysts support client servicing, distribution efforts, and other broader business development initiatives, embodying strategic and intuitive communication and decision making.
Responsibilities- Track client correspondence and inquiries, responding timely and adequately.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for client deliverables.
- Produce high‑quality draft presentation materials for client meetings, reflecting client context and firm strategy.
- Maintain and enrich the internal client data model to measure and manage client engagement.
- Maintain essential Salesforce data objects for clients, including contacts, accounts, opportunities, and related deliverables.
- Support ongoing maintenance of client data required for custom solutions in SIGMA, including liability cashflows, external manager values, benefit payments, discount curves.
- Demonstrate understanding of portfolio positioning and risk metrics across all products, reflecting this knowledge in work product.
- Develop broad economic, market, investment, and client context knowledge and reflect it in work product.
- Develop communication strategies to tell the story that meets each client’s unique needs.
- Develop rapport and tailor communications with clients along the client scorecard framework.
- Attend firm‑wide training and professional development sessions.
- Self‑starter and team player.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Excellent time management, multi‑tasking, and organization skills.
- Proven listening and oral & written communication skills.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Passion for continuous learning and development.
Salary: $50,000 to $75,000. The starting salary offer will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to the applicant’s education, job‑related experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location, and market factors. This position is also eligible to participate in the company’s annual discretionary bonus plan.
