Job Description:

Crowe is seeking talented Audit Senior Associates with experience in Financial Services industries, including Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management, Insurance, and Fintech. As an Audit Senior Associate, you will lead client engagements, supervise staff, maintain client relationships, and analyze financial statements using audit software. This role offers growth opportunities within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage client engagements from start to finish, including financial statement prep, staffing, and scheduling.

Supervise, train, and mentor staff and interns, and review their performance.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction.

Identify and resolve client issues during audits, promoting teamwork and creativity.

Research financial and audit issues using electronic databases and audit software.

Engage with client management to gather information and suggest business improvements.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of relevant external audit experience in public accounting.
Experience in external audit within Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management, Insurance, or Fintech sectors.
Strong organizational, technical, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in engagement management, reviews, and supervising staff.
Ability to multitask and perform technical research efficiently.
CPA certification or eligibility in your home state is required; CPA license preferred.
Willingness to work additional hours and travel as needed.

Additional Information:

The salary range is estimated between $63,500 and $142,000 annually, based on experience and location. Crowe offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive, inclusive culture that fosters professional growth.
